The manor house is situated in complete privacy at the end of a mile-long
drive, shaded by ancient plane trees and bordered by pear orchards. It
is surrounded by terraces and four acres of gardens and lawns. The kitchen
is supplied by its own potager (vegetable garden). Nearby is a
23 by 50 foot fenced in swimming pool, hidden behind dense rows of 15 foot laurel
bushes. Large stands of towering cypress pines adorn the extensive lawns,
situated to allow magnificent views of the surrounding fields of wheat,
corn, sunflowers and other commercial crops.
A large barn to the left of the manor house has been converted into a seven car garage. The guest parking area is hidden behind it.
